Overview - Where do I start?.

Something as a Service, whether it is SaaS/PaaS/IaaS....software world is moving mostly towards this model.  As we all know, SaaS helps organizations to be customer-first mindset where, total time in the lifecycle of providing more features to customers and learning from them at the same time is enormously reduced(Also called Lean Product strategy). We also know, this has created whole set of new applications and entrepreneurs/companies.

Coming from wireless infrastructure world, I always thought, it is was so difficult to provide services to customers. Not anymore!.  Also from Sales(recurring revenue/pricing) and operations point of view, model is so attractive. If you are responsible for revenue, revenue prediction is easier. We can go on and on...

There has been several blogs written about SaaS strategy. I don't plan to repeat them. Instead, I will try to create a collection of good links.

If you are product strategist in a SaaS business, there are things you care about.  There are lot of new terminologies and total new way of looking on how to delight customer and at the same time maximize the revenue per customer etc.....
